We don't pass a collection plate.  We have a box in the rear of the building in which free will offerings may be dropped.  The amount and frequency is a choice you make. We believe giving should be out of a joyful heart and not motivated by guilt or fear.

Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.    (2 Corinthians 9:7)
